simple, easy & delicious
Ingredients:
- 2 large cucumbers, peeled & thinly sliced crosswise
- 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- coarse salt & ground pepper
Method:
In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, red onion, sugar & rice vinegar. Season with salt & pepper & toss to combine.
