Great with a braai or stew
Makes 12 small loaves

Ingredients:
- 1 kg self- raising flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp (10 ml) garlic, chopped
- 2 x 330 ml cans of beer
- 2 x 410 g tin Mild & Spicy Chakalaka
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180'C & grease the tins.
- Combine the flour, salt, garlic, beer & chakalaka in a large mixing bowl.
- Divide the dough equally into the tins & brush with the egg.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
- Turn out onto a wire rack & leave to cool.
