Surprisingly delicious...
Time; 30 minutes
Serves: 4 -6
Ingredients:
- 15 ml olive or avocado oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 340 g tin bully beef, chopped
- 250 ml Cheddar, grated
- handful parsley, chopped
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 250 ml milk
- 125 ml breadcrumbs
- chutney, to serve
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180'C. Heat oil on medium high & saute the onions & garlic. Combine the bully beef, onion, 1/2 of the cheese & parsley.
- Mix together the eggs, milk & breadcrumbs.
- Add the bully beef mixture.
- Spoon into a greased 22 cm x 26 cm oven dish.
- Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over & bake for about 20 minutes or until set.
- Serve with the chutney.
