Mac and Cheese Bites



Serves: 12
Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 300 g Macaroni, cooked al dente   
  • 250 ml Lancewood Sauce Delight Cheese Sauce   
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste   
  • 30 ml parsley, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 150 g White Cheddar, grated  
Method:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C & spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Lancewood Sauce Delight Cheese Sauce, salt & pepper, parsley & egg together. Mix until the macaroni is completely covered.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the muffin tin. Using the back of a spoon lighlty press the macaroni flat. 
  4. Top with grated white cheddar and bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Add to any lunchbox or enjoy as a snack.
