Ingredients:
- 300 g Macaroni, cooked al dente
- 250 ml Lancewood Sauce Delight Cheese Sauce
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 30 ml parsley, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 150 g White Cheddar, grated
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C & spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the Lancewood Sauce Delight Cheese Sauce, salt & pepper, parsley & egg together. Mix until the macaroni is completely covered.
- Spoon the mixture into the muffin tin. Using the back of a spoon lighlty press the macaroni flat.
- Top with grated white cheddar and bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Add to any lunchbox or enjoy as a snack.
