Ingredients:
- 16 chicken pieces – I buy the big braai trays
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups/500 ml cream
- ½ cup/125 ml wholegrain mustard
- 15 ml cornflour or arrow root
- Preheat oven to 180 C.
- Clean the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
- Pack onto an oven tray or casserole.
- Roast chicken in the oven for 40 minutes.
- Mix together the cream and mustard.
- Mix the arrow root or mazeina with a little water and stir into the cream mixture.
- Pour over the chicken and bake for another 30 minutes.
Serve with cauli-rice ( caulii-couscous) , brown rice or just a salad.
