Oven temperature: 180°C
Ingredients:
- 40ml Cake flour
- 5ml Baking powder
- 5ml Bicarbonate of soda
- 5ml Mustard powder
- 2 Large eggs
- 250ml Milk
- 125ml Stork Crèmendous Pouring Crème
- 1 Large tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 1 small Green pepper, seeded and chopped
- 375ml Lean bacon, chopped
- 375ml Grated cheddar cheese
Method:
- Mix all of the ingredients together and pour into a deep greased pie dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes then reduce the temperature to 140°C and continue to bake for 10 minutes, or until set.
- Serve warm or cold with a salad.
