Pineapple Pudding

Pudding with a twist




Ingredients:
  • 1 Pineapple, Grated
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 heaped tablespoon Custard powder
  • 1 pkt Pineapple jelly
  • 1 Egg white

Method:
  1. Grate 1 pineapple, add sugar, water and boil for a few minutes.
  2. Take custard powder and mix with a little cold water and then stir into the pineapple mixture.
  3. Continue, boiling, stirring until thick and smooth.
  4. Remove from the stove and take 1 pkt pineapple jelly dissolved into 2 cups boiling water and add gradually to pineapple mixture.
  5. Beat in the egg white which has been stiffly whipped.
