Pudding with a twist
Ingredients:
- 1 Pineapple, Grated
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 cups Water
- 2 heaped tablespoon Custard powder
- 1 pkt Pineapple jelly
- 1 Egg white
Method:
- Grate 1 pineapple, add sugar, water and boil for a few minutes.
- Take custard powder and mix with a little cold water and then stir into the pineapple mixture.
- Continue, boiling, stirring until thick and smooth.
- Remove from the stove and take 1 pkt pineapple jelly dissolved into 2 cups boiling water and add gradually to pineapple mixture.
- Beat in the egg white which has been stiffly whipped.
