Always a winner
Ingredients:
- 500g Self raising flour
- 125ml Grated cheddar cheese
- 3 Cloves garlic, crushed
- 3ml Dried thyme
- 60g Packet white onion soup powder
- 500ml Buttermilk
Topping:
- 50ml Grated chedder cheese
- Cayenne pepper
Method:
- Sift flour into mixing bowl.
- Mix in cheese, garlic, thyme, soup powder.
- Make well in centre and stir in buttermilk, mixing well.
- Spoon mixture into pan.
- Sprinkle with cheese and cayenne pepper.
- Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes to one hour.
