Malva Pudding

Good old Favourite



Ingredients: 
  • 2 Teaspoons Margarine
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • (Cream the above together)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 Teaspoons apricot jam
  • 2 Cup self raising flour
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon bicarb
Mix all of the above together. Bake at 180°C for 30-40 minutes.


For the sauce:
  • 1 Tin small ideal milk
  • 1 Cup boiling water
  • 11/2 Cups sugar (I only use 1 cup - otherwise very sweet)
  • 250 grams Butter

Boil together and pour over the pudding.
