Very refreshing...
Serves: 2L
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups ice
- 1 Large lime, sliced in thin slices and quartered
- 10 Petals of lavender flowers
- 6 Cups water
Method:
- Place water in the fridge and allow to chill. To speed up the process place water in the freezer.
- Place the lime slices in the jug. Muddle the lime a bit so that the juices and flavours can be released.
- Add the lavender petals and ice then fill up with the chilled water.
- Return to the fridge or serve immediately.
