You will never need another recipe. The best.
(Please note: Herbs, mushrooms & bacon may be omitted).
Ingredients:
- 2 x 250g pkts chicken livers
- 1 Chopped onion
1 Large tablespoon butter - 2 - 3 Cloves crushed garlic
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 250ml Cream
- 50ml ALL GOLD tomato sauce
- 30 - 50ml Sherry
- Pinch of sugar
- Pinch of mixed herbs
- Rasher or two bacon
- Mushrooms
Method:
- Place the bacon, onion, mushrooms, garlic, butter & herbs in a deep dish.
- Cover and microwave for 5 minutes.
- Add the chicken livers. Cover and microwave +/- 10 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes until the livers are cooked.
- Allow mixture to cool slightly and add the salt & pepper, tomato sauce, sherry, sugar and lastly cream.
- Puree the mixture in a blender until smooth. Spoon pate into container.
- Microwave 100% powder. (Best chilled before serving)
