Beetroot Onion Pickle

Beetroot delight.



Ingredients:
  • 1/4 Cup White wine vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Rice vinegar
  • 1 T Sugar
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 Beetroot, thinly sliced
  • 2 Onions, thinly sliced
Method:
  1. To make the beetroot onion pickle, heat the white wine vinegar, sugar and salt in a saucepan over a medium heat, until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Pour over the beetroot and onion and set aside to cool.
