The dish that you can make your own.

Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp ground cumin
- 2 Tbsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp cayenne pepper (I used 2 T, but then very spicy)
- 1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp black pepper
- 2 Tsp garlic, minced
- 2 Tsp unsalted butter
- 4 calamari steaks, 5 ounce portions
Method:
- Place cumin, paprika, cayenne, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic and butter in a zip-close bag.
- Add calamari steaks, seal bag and turn to coat steaks well. Marinate 1 hour in refrigerator.
- Heat grill to medium-high.
- Drain marinade and place steaks on hot grill, but avoid bringing into contact with flame. Grill 5 minutes or until done.
If you are like me that does not have allot of confidence in cooking seafood, then this is a good place to start. I also served with yogurt to take a little of the bite away.
